3. Callback requests
Callback submissions are business enquiries rather than optional analytics. They are sent directly to PHOENIX ONE through the configured business email service. The website does not use a separate callback database.
4. Advertising
The PHOENIX ONE website does not use the custom tracking described above to serve behavioural advertising or sell visitor data.
